What is the Orange Learning application?
Orange Learning is an application made available to Orange employees to provide them with professional training information.
Why does Orange process your personal data and on what grounds?
Within the framework of using the Orange Learning application, Orange processes your data for training management purposes. This includes presenting a training catalog tailored to your needs, registering for sessions, tracking training history, offering digital training, notifying you, and allowing you to access training recommendations provided by Orange.
What personal data is processed?
The personal data processed within the use of the application or service include:

Your identification data (name, first name, etc.) collected during your registration on the Orange Learning application.

Your email address. The email is necessary to ensure that you are a professional Orange employee, allowing you to receive validation information needed to continue the registration process, and later, if you have consented, to notify you about your training courses.

Your interaction data (feedback and questions you may send to the application administrators).
Who has access to your personal data?
Due to their roles and within the limits of their respective responsibilities, the collected data are intended for:

How long are your personal data retained?
Orange retains your personal data for the necessary duration for the purposes for which they were collected, in compliance with applicable regulations. Specifically:

Your identification data (name, first name) and contact data (email address, professional phone number) necessary to access and use the application are retained as long as your account remains active. Upon account deletion, these data are deleted within a maximum of 6 years.

Your interaction data with administrators (e.g., feedback and questions submitted via the “Give your opinion” function) are retained for a maximum of 6 years.
What are your rights and how can you exercise them?
You have the right to access, erase, restrict, and object to the processing of your data, depending on your specific situation. You also have the right to rectify your personal data at any time, notably through the “My account” section.
When data processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw this consent at any time.
